APTURA™ SRL

MSA has set a new standard in the mechanical fall protection market with the Aptura LT12 and APTURA LT30 Self-Retracting Lanyard (SRL). Never before has the market seen such a state-of-the-art device with so many standard features. With its solid design and fast-acting brake mechanism, you can be confident that the Aptura LT12 and the APTURA LT30 SRL will be there for you when you need it most. All Aptura SRL’s feature:

• A durable, engineered thermoplastic housing to increase service life.

• Rugged, impact-absorbing protective bumpers for added durability.

• A field-replaceable lifeline option. In the event that the webbing should become damaged, this option provides

a field-replaceable web lifeline, eliminating costly returns to the manufacturer. The Aptura is the first SRL

to offer this feature.

• A 400 pound working capacity as a standard feature.

• No annual factory recertification required due to high-quality construction.

This not only reduces the cost of ownership, but also eliminates down time.

• An integral load indicator lets you know when it is time to remove the product from service.

• SRL connector with integral swivel.

• Meets ANSI A10.14, ANSI Z359.1, and all applicable OSHA standards, and is CSA certified.

APTURA™ LT12 SRL

In addition to the exciting features of all APTURA SRL’s, the APTURA LT12 SRL features:

• A Lightweight design starting at 2.4 pounds

• A standard lifeline length of 12’. Available in lengths from 6’ to 12’

• A constant lock-up rate to prevent the erratic, "jerky" lock-up (like a seat belt) found on some types of

personal fall limiters.

APTURA™ LT30 SRL

In addition to the exciting features of all APTURA SRL’s, the APTURA LT30 SRL features:

• A Lightweight design starting at 7.5 pounds

• A standard lifeline length of 30’. Available in lengths from 13’ to 30’ in 1 foot increments
